Family Law is an elective module normally taken by Year 2 students.
This module is concerned with the modern legal regulation of family relationships as a complex relation between the family and the state. Marriage, divorce, and the legal status of offsprings are intertwined with questions of financial provision, child welfare, and wider public policy issues.
